Karman was founded in 2005 in Fossombrone and, as always, its designer lamps stand out thanks to their aesthetics and performance.
At Karman, suggestions are transformed into light sculptures able to synthesize the creativity and passion of the designers, who, with care and skill, have dedicated themselves to designing unique lighting design solutions.
Every year, with the launch of new lamps, Karman coins a new claim.
This year's claim is #PlastiKarman: a tribute to sustainability and a look at the 2022 collection that illustrates progress still imprisoned by consumerism and waste.

Sherwood e Robin
To realize contract lighting, it is essential to create bespoke lighting.
In this sense, Karman proposes a lighting design project based on the technical-stylistic needs of the client.

The project for Maito was done by designer Michele Vitaloni from studio Charmitaliastudio in an exclusive location: Forte dei Marmi, in Tuscany. For this lighting design composition the following lamps were chosen:
This multi-material composition fits in well with the restaurant's indoor and outdoor furnishings. The floor lamps were used for the entrance and to illuminate the outdoor deck chairs, while the suspensions were positioned above the tables and in the bar area.
This project was realized by Arch. Domenico Sfirro in San Benedetto del Tronto, in the south of the Marche region. The lamps selected for the restaurant lighting at The Medusa are:
Some of these lamps are highly decorative and scenographic, especially in the outdoor context.
In this case, a cluster of suspension lamps was created to give light points to the spaces outside the room, while the floor lamps were used in the outdoor lounge area and positioned among the vegetation.

GJP Design & Construction - Placed took care of this splendid lighting design project in Alexandroupolis in Greece and the following lamps were chosen:
The protagonists of this project are glass, ceramic, fabric, and fiberglass, different materials that match perfectly and give the location a distinctive and bewitching touch.
One Farm Design has chosen Sherwood and Robin for the design of this house in San Martino di Castrozza.
Sherwood and Robin is a suspension lamp with a playful character that recreates the scene of a squirrel ready to grab its acorn at the end of a long branch. It is beautiful to look at and perfect for giving direct brightness to the kitchen island, especially in a mountain environment.

For the Blue Harmony - Lanciano Design project, Amsterdam and Kimono were installed.
On the one hand, we have a wall lamp with evocative features, directly from the Karman Zoo, hanging on the wall that acts as both a decoration and a light point.
On the other hand, we have suspension lamps above the dining table that echo the silhouette of ancient Chinese lamps and propose the same oriental charm.
